I retain the copyright to my work, unless I have directly sold the copyright with a given body of work. Proof of my consent being given for both the use and purchase of a copyright must be presented for the work in question.

If my work is being used or displayed without the following -

• either my signature, logo or both
• my consent and proof thereof upon request

- it is being used illegally and must be removed from the medium in which it's being displayed. This also stands for work that had either my signature, logo or both, and has since been altered.

If my work is being used or displayed after having been altered in any way without my consent and proof thereof (i.e. removal of signature and/or logo), this is also illegal.

Further, I ask for my work to not be used for advertising, the creation of merchandise or promotional materials, whether in print or through digital media, unless I have given expressed permission and consent and proof thereof for the work to be so.

Any works created with the intended or claimed likeness(es) or use within the scope of a pre-existing intellectual property or franchise (i.e. Warcraft, Dungeons and Dragons, etc.), whether private or corporate, are owned by their respective companies (i.e. Blizzard/Activision, Hasbro, etc.) 

I do not own the rights to the subject matter of these images, only the works themselves.
